These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access or use the pk375 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels made available through pk375. The Terms apply regardless of whether you access the platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application distributed by pk375.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on pk375, you confirm that:

Access to pk375 and participation in real-money gaming is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on pk375. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. pk375 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to identify and act on duplicate account registrations.

2.4 Mental Capacity

By registering on pk375, you confirm that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Players who are registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether administered by pk375 or by an external responsible gaming body — are not eligible to register or maintain an active account during their exclusion period.

KYC verification will be required before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at other points during your use of the platform. Accepted KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA;
• Valid Pakistani passport;

3.3 Account Security

All financial transactions on pk375 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk375 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash agents. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pk375 account are processed instantly for all supported mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take up to one business hour to reflect in your account balance. pk375 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business hours. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on the requesting account. pk375 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the same account;

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable;

• Any withdrawal request that triggers an anti-money laundering review may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days while the review is completed.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All player accounts on pk375 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a game or transaction involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of the transaction. pk375 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

pk375 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free bet credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before completion will result in the entire bonus balance being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pk375 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposing outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings removed, and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on pk375 carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

All wagers placed on pk375 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or any other product — are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game interface.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

pk375 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Wagers will not be accepted from accounts that are suspended, under investigation, or have incomplete KYC verification. All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. pk375 is not responsible for errors made by players when placing bets, including incorrect selections, incorrect amounts, or bets placed on unintended markets.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For cricket and all other sports betting markets on pk375:

• All odds are subject to change before the bet is confirmed;
• In-play markets may be suspended at any time without notice during live events;
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, pk375's settlement rules for that specific sport will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or rolled over;
• pk375 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred on any market;
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on pk375 are certified by the respective game provider and operate using a verified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. pk375 is not liable for any losses incurred by players during normal gameplay on any certified casino title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk375 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to register or transact on the platform;
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to layer, place, or integrate illegitimate funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game where such coordination provides an unfair advantage;

• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies across markets with the primary intent of guaranteed profit rather than recreational wagering;
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your pk375 account;
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing pk375 staff, other players, or any representative of the platform through any communication channel.

All content available on the pk375 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audiovisual materials, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of pk375 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any platform software;
• Creating derivative works based on pk375 content;
• Using pk375 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of pk375 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

pk375 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended purely as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime;
• Losses arising from errors in game software that have subsequently been corrected by the relevant game provider;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from a player's account being compromised due to their own failure to maintain account security;
• Any third-party claims arising from a player's use of the platform;
• Interruption of service caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or events outside pk375's reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or government-mandated service restrictions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pk375's total liability to any player for any claim shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk375 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pk375 Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing platform use is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account management and identity verification;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Fraud detection and anti-money laundering compliance;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention;

• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The account holder is registered on a self-exclusion list and has circumvented exclusion controls;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pk375.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and not forfeited unless the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. Where a breach is confirmed, pk375 may apply a partial or full forfeiture of the account balance proportionate to the nature and scale of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pk375 customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a standard KYC check.

pk375 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the general conditions of platform use — pk375 will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice to registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses that do not alter their intent, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision in all cases.

Continued use of the pk375 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendments.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk375's licensed operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

14.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pk375 platform, the following procedure applies:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to pk375 customer support, providing your account username, the nature of the complaint, relevant dates and transaction references, and your desired resolution;
2. pk375 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days;
3. If you are not satisfied with pk375's response, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority as notified within the platform;
4. All disputes regarding the outcome of individual game rounds must be submitted within 30 days of the game round in question. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

14.2 Limitation Period

Any legal claim arising from your use of pk375 must be brought within one year of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
